Many Hands represents and guides the Artists found on the Shop page of this website. Posting, packaging and delivery is the responsibility of the relevant Artist(s) and Many Hands accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of products sent by our Artists

Many Hands will act as a mediator if an issue arises, communicating with You and the relevant Artist to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Size

Our Artists aim to list all their products on Many Hands with correct and detailed information. Please check these details before purchasing to make sure the product is the size You want.

You will only have a valid reason to return a product if its size differs from the size stated on the website at time of the transaction.

Handmade and Batch Printing

Some printing methods including screen-printing, risograph, gocco and lino printing and products that are marked as Handmade are subject to minor discrepancies in colour, registration and consistency. This in itself is part of the enjoyment of handmade and batch-produced products.

Please be aware that the product(s) You receive may differ slightly from the photo(s) shown on the Many Hands website.

The inconsistencies in production mentioned above will not be a valid reason for return.

Overseas Returns

We are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent overseas.

Method of Return

Products may be returned if You notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of the product, with a reason for return that is deemed valid by the relevant Artist(s) in accordance with the returns guidelines stated above.

Once a return is agreed between You and the Artist, the item must be returned before a refund can be made.

Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring the product is correctly packaged and for using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place.

Many Hands and its Artists are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product.

Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days.
