Different Shipping Locations
When ordering from Many Hands the product(s) are hand wrapped and sent directly from the Artist(s). This means that when ordering from multiple Artists the products may arrive at different times.
Artist Delivery Guidelines
We advise our Artists to send all items over the price of £3, ordered from within the UK, by 1st class recorded post. Artist aim to ship products within 10 working days of purchase. A lot of care is taken to package the products before they are sent.
Postal Service
Once a product has been passed to the delivery services, Many Hands and the Artist(s) are no longer responsible for the delivery and condition of the package.
Postal Damage
If You receive a product and it has been damaged by the delivery service please get in contact with Many Hands within 7 days of receiving the product and we will advise on receiving compensation from the delivery services.
Overseas Postage
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the Customer’s expense. Many Hands has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail's overseas services.
Postal Loss
Once the product has been passed on to the delivery services, Many Hands and its Artist(s) are not responsible for the loss of the product. If You have not received your goods within 14 days of the noted dispatch date You must notify Many Hands via email who will advise on a course of action.
